New portal explores innovative online technologies and delivers new search experience for property hunters

ad-free “beta” property portal to test innovative interface design concepts and technologies – Propertyguru.com.my.

Propertyguru.com.my is a test or ‘beta site’ used to trial new products, design interface and technology never before seen in Malaysia or the region. Launched as an extension of the iProperty.com Malaysia brand, all property data on Propertyguru.com.my including its 120,000 property listing for sale and rent is powered by Malaysia’s number one property portal, iProperty.com.my.

condos and areas with search results delivered fast. Switching between map, gallery and list views, give
visitors the option to view properties according to their preference. Each property listing also provides
proximity details of schools, transportation and amenities nearby.
